Chitika eMiniMalls   

Recommended,  this outfit was one of the first to compliment Google AdSense Ads. They have had bad press, for a poor payment record in the past, but the ads are gorgeous. The main ad block has now been updated, and has a more web 2.0 feel and look, and the ad clouds are excellent, they even have code for facebook pages. Be careful when joining, and do check your stats to make sure that you are being paid for your efforts.

Clickbank based Ads, this program has no up-front costs to you. You don't any money. Value Click Media

They still claim to have the highest payouts, and with video ads, be sure to check them out.

Yahoo Publisher Network

Become part of the Yahoo program. Following the same footprint as Google Ads, YPN is a great place to turn to if you are the victim of a Google ban, Yahoo also pays out by Paypal, this means that you can be paid for smaller monthly revenues without the need to accumulate large sums to collect by check.

Rydium

CBProsense 

Not free, but worth investigating, CB ProSense is a subscription based service, that displays contextual clickbank products on your pages, some large earnings can be made from this, but it only becomes cost effective when you no longer have time to create all the links manually.

Graphic ads and search based, now part of the Copernic group. With 24 hour access to real time stats, all ad units are sold on a CPC, CPM or CPA basis. Depending on what is sold in a particular month, you will receive a mix of campaigns. Copernic have their search boxes all over the web, and many on desktops, this is definitely one to follow closely.
